1031 HIIT
Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program is designed to significantly improve energy, overall strength, and visible muscle tone. Each workout is different and incorporates a balance of cardiovascular exercises along with strength training. Led by our skilled fitness coaches, participants will perform a variety of bodyweight exercises, kettlebell movements, as well as barbell training. All workouts are designed with variations so that all fitness levels can participate and receive maximum benefits.
